Project: W&D

This major project included a lot of structural work including a new foundation, and new staircase up to the side door.

Structural work:

• all new windows & doors
• whole front & side of the house was reframed and sheerwalled
• seismic retrofit
• new stucco
• new roof

Following the major exterior structural improvements, W & D asked Farid back to transform an unused basement room with a concrete floor into a bedroom, with built-in shelves and a new cherry wood floor.

Later still, Farid was back to install more cherry wood floor upstairs.
